Our products are all sold with Copy permission.  We therefore regret that we are unable to offer refunds.

If you are upgrading to more expensive edition of a product, please use the customer service terminals to make the purchase.  The terminal will offer you a special price giving you credit for the full amount of your previous purchase.

If your product is lost or damaged, please use the customer service terminals to obtain a new copy.
